We are one of the members of China Gelatin Association and the factory was recommended as Medication-Food Export Base. Products are produced by a full set of stainless steel equipment, strictly selecting of fresh bone skin, through repeated washing, degreasing, neutralization, cooking and liquefaction, sterilization, concentrate, sterilization again, drying and inspect etc. All this enrichment procedures and pipelining make up dozens of processes.

       Edible gelatin is widely used in foodstuff, such as freezing meat, can and candy, sausage and ice cream, Edible grade gelatin is composed of Islamic workshop and Jewish workshop. We can provide Halal Warrant and Jewish Warrant. The fineness of Edible gelatin normally is 5 mesh, it is also can be processing in compliance with the degree of fineness 10-120mesh as fine as milk powder.

  Medicine gelatin is mainly used in soft and hard capsules, sugar coating tablets, hemostatic sponge.

       Industrial gelatin and bone glue are mainly used in ink, rubber additional stuff, craft adhesive photographic paper, cosmetic fixture and galvanoplastics liquid, match and wooden furniture ,fish and fowl feedstuff, surface daubing material of paper money. Bone glue is widely used in emery cloth, sand paper and textile sizing, electroplated finishes and wooden furniture, fabric sizing, leather glazing etc. Hotmelt Adhesives powder is mainly used in photographic paper, fixture and galvanoplastics liquid, match and wooden furniture. Hydrolyzed animal protein is widely used in food, medicine, daily-use cosmetic chemical, other chemical and health-care products, etc.

     From choosing materials to the finished products, from microelement content inspection to microbe index control, we carry our HACCP Management. Our products are in accordance with the standard of the Europe and America as BP98,CP95,USP24. Our inspection methods are based on the international standard, 90% of products are exported abroad. We have export package certificate. The package are double layers, the outside of which is woven bag, paper-plastic or cardboard drum and inside of which is plastic bag in moisture proof. Packing is 25,40 or 50 kg shipping marks to be designed by the buyer in English or other language.
